Can I order for today?

All urgent orders you may proceed to Partybang @ Grabmart. We only provide delivery for urgent orders!

 

Does Partybang have a physical store in Singapore? Do you accept Walk-Ins?

Partybang is an online-based party and event shop in Singapore, as such we do not have a physical storefront at the moment. All our products are readily available on our website. No walk-in viewing or purchase. 

 

How many days in advance do I need to place my order for my event/party?

We recommend that you place your order at least 3 working days in advance to reserve your time slot for Delivery/Self-Collection. For urgent Same Day Delivery please order from Grabmart - Partybang Primz Bizhub!

 

If I place my order today, when can I expect to receive my items?

Confirmation details would be provided within 24 hours once order is placed.

For Inflated/Helium Balloons & Rental Delivery:

Partybang delivery team will do the delivery including other items which you've purchased at your selected date, time and location.

 

For Event Set up:

Partybang would have contacted you to discuss and arrange your event set up & tear down date, time and location.

Can I make any adjustments to my order after payment?

Any changes to your order after confirmation have to be made within 48 hours from purchase date/time, you may Whatsapp © 8042 2243  if you wish to make any changes.

Please do note that last minute changes may not be accommodated, seek your understanding on this!

What is your cancellation policy?

Please be aware that orders placed are non-returnable and non-refundable. This is due to online stocks management, processing and some customised works involved. Please make sure and check the correct delivery address, correct design and correct quantity has been placed in the cart before checking out.

Helium Balloons

How long can helium last?

You can refer to Balloon Care with a picture illustration of floating time!

 

 

My event is tomorrow, can I collect it today? Will the balloon last?

We highly recommend you to collect or arrange delivery 1-2 hours before the event so it can last longer through your party!

Foil balloon 

Balloons float approximately one (1) day to a few days, may collect one (1) day before the event. Balloon might deflate slightly overnight, may inflate the balloon with a pump or straw.

12” Latex Balloon

Floating time is approximately 6 hours. We recommend collecting balloons 1-2 hours before the event.

Helium Balloon comes with weights?

Yes, all come with black balloon water weights. If you require balloon weights you can add to cart @$2!

What is Hi-Float ?

It's a patented liquid solution that dries inside of helium-filled balloons to form a coating that helps hold in the helium and allow it to float 3x longer!

Is it worth to upgrade from Bobo to T-Balloon?

The floating time is the main difference between a bobo and T- balloon! T-balloons are made in Japan and can float for 3 days or more! While Bobo around 24 hours! 

How do you tell the difference? Bobo is round, whereas T-Balloon is oval shaped!

Can you help us inflate our balloons?

Unfortunately, we do not provide helium gas inflation service.

Do you provide setup service if I have my own balloons?

Unfortunately, we do not provide service to setup for balloons not purchase from us, even if you have other order from us.

Do your balloons come with a setup?

Delivery does not come with setup. Most of our balloons are inflated before delivery, except for those flat packaging items.

Can we custom our own text on balloons?

Yes, you can have any kind of text on any customised product that you order. If you have a particular theme in mind that is not listed, text us first before placing your order.

What if my balloons burst, would I get compensated ?

In the cases of minor balloons burst during/ after delivery that it is beyond our control, (Example 12″ balloons burst, we will compensate the amount in total only). 

We will only re-deliver/ allow self collection/ refund the balloons (Max 2 hours after receiving/delivered) when the main balloons (Customised balloons) burst or damaged.

Can my order fit in my car?

Generally, about 20 12” balloons can fit in the backseat of a car.

24″ bubble balloons can fit in the back seat of a car.

Not all sedans can fit a 36″ balloon, we recommend at least an MPV or SUV with a back door. 

We recommend that you opt for Partybang delivery if you are getting our balloon packages!

Exchanges & Refunds

In any unforeseen circumstances case, you can request for a change in date and time. Inform us at least 3 days in advance.
Same day changes WILL NOT be allowed as balloons would be in production!  Strictly no exchanges or returns upon inflation. We will only accept refund due to manufacturing defects within 1 hour from the time of delivery/ collection.

Un-inflated Balloons

Can I purchase un-inflated balloons and inflate them externally outside the store?

Yes you may purchase flat uninflated balloons and get them inflated outside our store however we do not bear any responsible if the balloons is damaged due to the wrong method and inflating experience by external vendor.

We will strongly recommend you to purchase our helium balloons directly to prevent any disappointment in your event day!

What if my item is faulty or missing?

If you found the item is faulty or missing from the order list in an unlikely event, we are happy to offer the replacement/ exchange. Contact us via our livechat with a picture of the faulty items!

Can you help me inflate Non- Helium Balloons?

Unfortunately we do not provide this service, you may purchase a balloon pump or electric pump to inflate yourself!

How long can normal air inflated balloon last? Can I purchase balloon one day before the party?

Normal air inflated balloons will stay inflated for at least one (1) day. You may place order online and collect it before the party.

Can we request for helium inflation for those mini 16" letter or number foil balloon?

The mini 16inch letter or number balloon will not float even when it is helium inflated as it is smaller in size. Balloon is only ideal for normal air inflation.

Rental

Do I have to put down a deposit?

Yes a refundable security deposit is required to confirm your slot. Once made a booking team will contact for payment. Under remarks for the bank write your username and provide us with a screenshot for reference! It would be returned once goods are back to us in good condition.

How long will my refund for tank deposit take?

Refund of rental deposit will take approximately 48 hours from item return time.

Paynow payment > refund back to Paynow Number.

How many days in advance do I need to place my order for my event/party?

We only have limited slots available for rental so if your event is confirmed we recommend for you to book with us in advance. To confirm a slot we need a Booking + Security Deposit. 

(Yup! The deposit would be refunded to you if goods are return back to us in good condition) 

Can I collect a day in advance/ return a day later?

Do inform us if you want to extend rental duration. Daily fees are 20% of the product price.

Upon delivery, is setup included?

We do not provide setup for rental products, instructions will be given for easy setup!

Can I collect after working hours?

You can collect anytime from 10am onwards on your arranged pick up date. Items will be left outside the unit for your collection.

Is the rental price inclusive of deposit?

No, the price under checkout is for the rental of the items. Additional deposit would be required!

Can I rent for 1 day, would it be cheaper?

Our price is inclusive of 4 Days rental (ease of pickup and drop off for customers). 1 Day / 2 Days/4 Days same price!

What is your cancellation policy?

Any orders placed cannot be cancelled and are non- refundable. As we have blocked out the dates to cater to your celebration. Please make sure and double check your order before checking out.

Delivery

Does Partybang provide Helium Balloon Delivery in Singapore?

Yes, Partybang  provides Helium Balloon Delivery within Singapore at $25. We deliver everyday Mon, Wed -Sun and Public Holidays) from 10am to 7pm unless otherwise stated. Closed Tuesday. 

Surcharge applies for locations in Sentosa.

 

If I order online, will I be able to specify my delivery date and time for helium balloons?

You will be able to choose your preferred delivery date and time at [Check out] page.

Do you deliver balloons to the unit?

Delivery to CBD Area, hotels, chalets, beach, parks, business building, shopping centres, hospitals and schools will be only be sent to nearest loading bay or taxi pickup points. 

Delivery to HDB, Condo and private estate will be sent to doorsteps / Clubhouse / BBQ pits.

 

What happens if I'm not at the venue to receive my order?

Please be at the delivery location at the earliest timing selected, if the recipient is not present upon delivery, the driver may:

Leave the purchases at the doorstep with permission from customers. Partybang will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to your purchase as items are placed at an unsupervised location for an extended period of time. 

OR

Arrange a return trip at a later timing $25. The return trip will usually be scheduled on the last trip after completing all other deliveries.

 

Backdrop Setup

Booking Policy

By making a booking with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms: 

Booking Amendments: Please ensure that all details provided at the time of booking are accurate. It is the responsibility of the customer to review and verify the booking details. 

Contact Information: It is the responsibility of the guest to provide accurate contact information at the time of booking. We will not be liable for any issues arising from incorrect or outdated contact details. 

Reservation Confirmation: Once a reservation is made and payment is processed, it will be considered confirmed. 

Non-Cancellation: All bookings made under this policy are non-cancellable. Once confirmed, your reservation cannot be canceled or refunded. Any requests for changes or cancellations will not be entertained. 

Non-Refundable: Payments made for bookings are non-refundable. This includes partial or full payment made for the reservation. 

Postponement: Inform at least 2 weeks in advance for any changes in date, time or venue. (Subjected to availability)

Late Arrival:  In the event of a late arrival, it is important to note that the setup timing may be affected. Our team will make reasonable efforts to adjust the setup to the best of our ability. However, please understand that we cannot guarantee the complete execution of the setup as originally planned.

Any delay in arrival that exceeds the setup time slot, there will be no refund or compensation. We allocate our resources, staff, and time based on the agreed-upon schedule, and late arrivals may disrupt our operations.

We kindly request that guests arrive at the designated time specified in their booking confirmation for their celebration or event. This allows us to ensure a seamless setup and delivery of services according to your requirements. 

No Show: In the event of a no-show, where the guest fails to communicate with the team, the set up time slot will be considered as done, and no refund or credit will be provided. 

Force Majeure: In exceptional circumstances, such as pandemics, or other uncontrollable events, we reserve the right to modify or cancel bookings, even those made under this policy. In such cases, guests will be informed promptly, and alternative arrangements may be offered at our discretion. 

By proceeding with the booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to our booking policy. Please note that this policy may vary depending on the specific terms and conditions of your booking. We encourage guests to review the policy carefully before making a reservation.

Refundable Deposit

In order to ensure the proper care and protection of our facilities and equipment, we have implemented a refundable deposit policy. 

Refundable Deposit Amount: A refundable deposit ranging from $300 to $500 (amount specified at the time of booking) is required to secure your reservation. This deposit will be held as collateral and will be refunded to you within 48 hours after the conclusion of the event, provided that all conditions outlined in this policy are met. 

Purpose of the Deposit: The refundable deposit is intended to cover any potential damages, excessive cleaning requirements, or any additional charges incurred during the event. This includes, but is not limited to, breakages, stains, excessive wear and tear, or any violation of the terms and conditions agreed upon in the event contract. 

Inspection and Assessment: Following the conclusion of your event, our staff will conduct a thorough inspection of the venue and equipment. This assessment will determine if any damages or excessive cleaning is required. The refundable deposit will be refunded in full unless there are charges related to damages or additional services as per the terms of the event contract. 

Deductions from the Deposit: In the event that damages, excessive cleaning, or other charges are identified during the inspection, the cost of repairs, replacements, or additional services will be deducted from the refundable deposit. A detailed breakdown of any deductions will be provided, along with supporting documentation, if applicable. 

Refund Timeline: You will be notified of any deductions from your deposit and the corresponding refund amount within 48 hours after the conclusion of the event. The refund will be processed using the Paynow number that you have provided

Dispute Resolution: If you disagree with any deductions made from your deposit, you must notify us within seven days of receiving the notification. We will review your concerns and provide a fair resolution based on the evidence and information available. 

Responsibility for Damages: The person or entity who made the booking is responsible for any damages or additional charges incurred during the event, even if caused by guests or third parties attending the event.

When do I need to reserve?

  • Our slots and availability operate on a first-come, first-served basis. 
  • To ensure availability for weekend orders, we strongly recommend booking at least one month in advance.

How to order?

  • Step 1: Fill up and send in “Enquiry on Backdrop Setup”.
  • Step 2: Team will contact you via Whatsapp within 48 hours for further discussions.
  • Step 3: Bookings will be confirmed by completing the order online and making full payment using UEN PayNow.

How long can the balloon last?

  • Air-inflated balloons, such as balloon garlands and floor balloons, last for approximately 3 days.
  • It is advisable to set up on the day of the event to achieve the best aesthetic results, we recommend setting up balloons on the day of the event. This allows us to deliver balloons in their freshest and most vibrant state, ensuring they retain their shine throughout the duration of your celebration as oxidation causes the balloons to lose their glossy finish and appear matte or dull.

Do I need to Teardown & return myself?

  • Certain packages include teardown services as part of the overall service offering. Details and inclusions of teardown services can be found in the listing or package information provided on the product listing.
  • Customer Option for Balloon Bursting: Customers have the option to burst the balloons themselves before our teardown team arrives at the designated venue. This allows you to take control of the process and avoid any additional charges.
  • Balloon Bursting Charges: If customers choose not to burst the balloons themselves and request our team to perform the balloon bursting during teardown, a charge of $20 for balloon burst & clearing service will apply. This charge covers the time, effort, and resources required for our team to safely and efficiently burst the balloons as part of the teardown process.

Can the setup be Outdoors?

  • For safety reasons, we are unable to set up balloons and backdrops in outdoor areas that are prone to wind and rain.
  • However, we can accommodate orders for moderately windy, sheltered areas with an additional charge of $30 for advanced balloon preparation, transportation, extra weights and handling to ensure a secure setup.

Will a visual draft of the set-up be provided?

  • We will update you with the digital mockup to provide feedback for any possible modifications within 48 hours of payment.
